Michael Tower, office 105A, ‘Egkomi, 2408, Nicosia, Cyprus. Dealix Limited acts as a data controller of personal information processed in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We prioritize the confidentiality of information provided to us when you visit our website or communicate with us through other means.

    Definitions
    Personal information refers to information that, either alone or in combination with other information, can be used to identify you directly or indirectly (hereinafter referred to as "Personal Information" or "Personal Data").
    A Data Controller (hereinafter referred to as “Controller”) is a party that determines the purposes and means of processing Personal Information. A Data Processor or Service Provider/Contractor/Third Party (“Processor” or “Third Party”) is an entity that processes Personal Information on behalf of the Controller.
    Services (hereinafter referred to as “Services”) encompass the technical support provided by Dealix Ltd to enable and facilitate the marketplace for users of the Platform.

However, we do not store sensitive data like your card’s expiry date, billing address, or CVV code. For Visa transactions, we only store part of your card number for security purposes.
    b. Information automatically collected by third-party services:
    Intercom: We use Intercom, a third-party service, to collect analytic data about your use of our Platform. Intercom uses cookies and similar technologies to track and improve our services based on your interactions.
    Sumsub: For fraud prevention and KYC purposes, we use Sumsub to verify users, businesses, and transactions. This helps us prevent fraudulent activities during fund transfers and ensures that the Platform operates securely.
    Mailgun and Mandrill: These services are used to send transactional emails, such as registration confirmations and order confirmations, as well as marketing emails to our users. We work with these providers to ensure smooth communication and transactional processes on our Platform.
    Google Analytics: We use Google Analytics to track and analyze how visitors use our Platform. The data collected helps us understand user behavior and improve the overall experience.

    3. Your Rights
    Under applicable data protection laws, as a data subject, you have several rights concerning the processing of your Personal Data. These rights allow you to control how we handle your personal information.
